Teatro Necessario was founded in Parma in 2001 and for over 20 years has been passionately pursuing an intense activity of production, promotion and diffusion of contemporary circus and street theatre, mixing theatrical techniques, mime, dance, music and circus arts to create innovative works, taking part in the most important Italian and international festivals. Moreover, Teatro Necessario has created spaces (festivals, showcases) dedicated to contemporary circus in Italy, in order to promote and give visibility also to young emerging artists. They have received the 2011 Eolo Award for their theatre for their original and innovative approach to the street languages of theatre and circus. They also won the Festebà - EstateBambini, 3rd ed. Ferrara 2009 and the Otello Sarzi - New figure of theatre - International Theatre Festival 2004.
Three cheerful clowns are carried away by the childish excitement of having a stage all to themselves at a concert, constantly interrupted by the musicians. Wonderful acrobatic sequences, slow-motion duels, intricate juggling and exhilarating pyramids. Throughout the show the music accompanies, underlines and gives rhythm to every action. A musical journey that progresses by means of the physical talents and comical instincts of the performers.
