The workshop is based on the children's own knowledge to discover how recycling is capable of articulating knowledge through art and creativity. With circus elements, a collaborative work is carried out to enhance creative thinking and generate innovative public awareness materials.

Laura Álvarez has more than ten years of experience as an educator and disseminator of environmental awareness as an organiser of children's camps and workshops. She has worked on different environmental education projects for Fundación Ataretaco and Fundación Canarias Recicla. Ecocreative Workshops is a proposal with a format based on the creative laboratory, a way of working, stimulating and developing creativity to encourage the imagination and skills of the youngest, merging with values in education for sustainability.
