Agustina Castro is Marilin Mambou. Clown, acrobat, hooper and aerialist. Actress, director and playwright, she is specialised in the Lecoq technique of physical theatre, her stage training has been nourished by a universal language due to her wide experience as a street artist. She is currently participating as a clown, acrobat and dancer for international productions such as ‘BIANCO’ at Eden Projet in Cornwall-England with NoFit State Circus, ‘ŒDIPE’, and ‘La Grand Makabre’ at Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie-Belgium with La Fura dels Baus. She was selected in ‘Voyages de Cirque’, by the Maison du Cirque à Bruxelles and the TOHU de Montréal. She has participated with her works (creation, interpretation and direction): ‘La Bailarina’, ‘La Extra-ña Dama-sia’, ‘Une Autre version de Alfonsina y el Mar’, and ‘Marilin Mambou’ in more than 20 European and Argentinian Festivals.
