Fraser Hooper is one of Europe's leading clowns and has won a multitude of international awards. His experience as a mime, comedian, juggler and unicyclist makes him an artist who wins over audiences from the very first moment with his unique style of contemporary clowning.
Fraser's life has always been linked to his profession. He trained for several years with the French clown Philippe Gaulier and also worked with various circus companies. After two years performing in the London cabaret circuit in the late 1980s with the popular duo The Hoons, Fraser Hooper decided to go solo. He has taught at circus schools, theatre festivals around the world and worked with leading artists, creating hilarious shows for circus, theatre and street performances. For 12 years he was the principal clown teacher at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London.
